Speaking about the event, the founder said:
‘SHE NEEDS TO KNOW!
You will agree with me that the worst state you can be in life is:
You want to learn but no one to teach.
You need explanation but no one to explain
You feel a changes in your body system, no one to explain to you why
You have being running a race for success but later find out you have being on a wrong track.
You want to speak, but no one understands you.
These are the dilemma, teenagers face, especially female ones in the rural areas.
We have come to let them know we care
We have come to explain all explainable desires of their heart
We have come to put them on the right part to their journey of life
We have come to speak for you.
This is what we do, this is what RURAL LITERACY INITIATIVE stand for. To give voice to the voiceless ones in rural areas, under the visionary leadership of Nkechi Udeh
Thank you so much dear friends and to all who made today a success. RLI-NG remains honored and grateful. Let's help her become, as we campaign against TEENAGE PREGNANCY’
