Bagged a Leadership Award for my 'Community Development Service'



Earlier today, i was presented an 'International Service Award' by my dearest Rotaract Club of Orji Sunrise, Community Based, an arm of 'Rotary
International' in appreciation & recognition of my selfless service to charity work in the community. 

Leadership is a call to service. I have always appreciated every opportunity to contribute my quota in the service of God and humanity. 


May God keep on giving us the strength to dedicate our time, talent and treasure towards the integral development & selfless service to humanity. The award means to me more selfless service to humanity.

All i can say is 'To God be the Glory'.

Ethelbert Obinna Umeh is a multiple award-winning freelance prolific writer, author, blogger, editor, Life Coach, Leadership Coach, Keynote Speaker, Motivational Speaker, teacher, master of ceremony and Journalist. He studied Philosophy at the Prestigious Pontifical Urban University, Rome, and University of Ibadan, Nigeria and graduated with Honors.

He also bagged Bachelors in Arts in Mass Communication from Richmond Open University, Nigeria. Ethelbert is an alumnus of The Institute of Business Advisers Nigeria, and is duly elected as an Associate Member. In addition, he bagged a certificate on ‘Strategies for Personal Growth and Development’ from Young African Leaders Initiative Network.

Ethelbert is passionate about leaving the world better than he met it. He volunteered and coached over 40 young writers during his 3 years stay as a part-time teacher at Calvary International Secondary School, Owerri Nigeria and revitalized the moribund school’s Press club Association. He has also volunteered in a wide range of organizations like Rotary International, Campaign for the Restoration of Education Standard in Nigeria etc.

These petite writers he coached at Calvary International secondary School are currently doing amazing work through creative literary excellence across the globe. Thus, his selfless activities there gave rise to the founding of the institution’s ‘The Young Genius Magazine’ where he served as a pioneer editorial adviser. He was also the pioneer editor-in-chief of The Hallmark Point Magazine.

Some of his works published online and elsewhere as a ghostwriter numbers over 5000 articles and they cut across Leadership, entrepreneurship, motivation, Politics, healthcare, economy, relationships, environment, arts, travels, Food, wine, religion, making money online, law and Family issues.
