Ike C Ibe spotted on the streets of Abuja buying maize on his wedding Day

Immediate past deputy governorship candidate in Imo State under the political platform of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) in 2015, Ike C Ibe was found this morning on the street of Abuja, buying maize. This is not
a movie, but a simple lifestyle epitomized. I am not a fan of politicians, but i admire certain lifestyle of few leaders who are trying their best to touch lives. Ike C Ibe is definitely one of them.

He was a former Governorship candidate in my home state in 2011, and later came back and was a running mate to Capt Emmanuel Iheanacho in 2015- all was very unsuccessful.

Today is his wedding day, and he decided to do probably what no one has done in recent times. He shared on his facebook page how he and the beautiful wife were spotted buying maize on the way to home after their wedding service.

It is really interesting, entertaining and educative. No heavy-looking security agents around him, he was just appearing natural and simple. That's actually what tickled my fancy.

Below is his message on facebook;

'Its not a movie it's my wedding this morning. And it's a maze of life. Eating corn on the way after wedding --Priceless. This is the way we roll'

Just a little about his life history. He is the current Executive Director of Nancy and Jennifer Ibe Centre for Public Accountability. Managing Partner at Ibe, Ibe & co, former publisher at Frontline Newspapers, former Imo State Trade Representative at Imo State Trade and Development, Washington DC, former Speaker, Imo State House of Assembly, he studied International Legal Studies at The American University, Washington DC.

congratulations Sir, and may this marriage bring you endless love and Blessings from God.

Nigerian leaders need to learn a lot from this. I only see them doing buying maize at the road side when election is around the corner.
