By Ethelbert Obinna Umeh

Excellence says Aristotle, an ancient philosopher is not just an act, but a habit one must have cultivated severally over time. It takes excellence to really appreciate and groom excellence in others that speaks volumes of Felix Iziomoh.
He is the first graduate of the prestigious International Institute for Global Leadership (IIGL, USA). He doubles as one of the mentors of the institution as well as its current President. Felix is also a Kanthari fellow, an author of books and has written extensively many amazing articles published both online and in hard copies.
Felix Iziomoh is the Founder and Director of The International Centre for Leadership Development Nigeria (ICLDNG) and this inspiring organization will be organizing 2015 International Youth Leadership & Entrepreneurship Training between October 1-3 in Lagos Nigeria.
Theme: Building My Enterprise through Effective Leadership
Venue: Hotel Ibis Royale, 41 Murtala Mohammed Int’l Airport Road, Ajao Estate, Lagos, Nigeria.
The training is aimed at bringing together 120 young leaders from Nigeria and across the African continent for the sole purpose of fanning their innovative skills, leadership potentials, entrepreneurship skills, personal accountability, emotional intelligence, and creativity. It is going to be one of a kind.
The privileged youths will be armed with inspiring business ideas, and relevant skills that will help them to pursue their personal and professional goals. The training is also design to equip the youths with the skills that will enable them to respond urgently to the alarming crime, unemployment and unemployability rates in Nigeria and Africa, especially among the youths.
Amazingly, the facilitators are global thought leaders namely Dr. Mfon Archibong (USA), Dr. Anita Devis-Defoe, Malcolm Speller (USA), Yvonne Witter (UK), Dr. Morne Mostert (South Africa), and Felix Iziomoh (Host).
It is going to be a date with destiny for the aspiring future leaders who would be attending the event!
By special Grace of God, I will be there!
